Global Ecommerce is exploding, and brands are racing to capture customers everywhere in the world, not just at home. We're looking for a high-impact Account Executive who wants to be at the center of that shift. You'll expand Passport's upmarket client base, partnering directly with some of the fastest-growing Ecommerce brands on the planet.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you'll join a driven team of AEs and BDRs, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to move deals and move fast.
This role rewards a relentless work ethic and high emotional intelligence. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and raise the bar for everyone around you, you'll fit right in. Passport invests in your growth with real training and mentorship, and a genuine path to sales leadership.
Drive net-new revenue by landing enterprise-level ecommerce brands ready to scale international revenue.
Own a strategic pipeline end to end: research, prospect, and run multi-threaded sales cycles that close.
Build senior-level relationships that position Passport as a trusted, long-term partner.
Keep forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management sharp and accurate in Salesforce.
Advise brands on international expansion, DDP, compliance, and localization as a genuine thought leader in the space.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations to support successful client outcomes.
Own the handoff to post-sales teams, staying close enough to protect the relationship through the full client lifecycle.
Represent Passport at key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings (10–20% travel).
Experience: 3+ years of Ecommerce SaaS or technology sales, with at least 5 years in a new-business, closing role.
Domain Knowledge: Ecommerce or logistics experience strongly preferred; familiarity with operations, finance, and marketing stakeholders is a plus.
Executive Presence: Ability to confidently engage and influence senior decision-makers (Founder, C-level, and VP).
Proven Track Record: Consistent attainment of quota and strong negotiation skills in complex deal cycles.
Work Ethic: Self-starter who thrives on accountability and ownership of results.
Emotional Intelligence: Strong EQ to build trust, navigate challenges, and maintain a collaborative approach.
Adaptability: Resilient and resourceful in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Technical Acumen: Comfort with modern SaaS tools and understanding how solutions integrate into client tech stacks.
Location: Based in the United States with proximity to a major airport.
You consistently exceed revenue goals and turn client relationships into lasting partnerships.
Enterprise brands see you as a subject-matter expert in international ecommerce and lean on you as a consultative partner.
You raise the bar for Passport's high-performance, collaborative culture.
You're building the track record and skills that set you up for the next step in sales leadership.
High Integrity and Ownership. You take full responsibility for outcomes, wins and losses alike.
Data-Driven Mindset. You use insights to guide strategy and sharpen every decision.
Problem-Solver. You bring creativity and persistence to every roadblock.
Team Player. You thrive in collaboration and push the people around you to level up.
Ambitious and Hungry. You see this role as career-defining, and you show up accordingly.
