About RemodelBoom
RemodelBoom is the leading revenue-sharing growth partner for home improvement companies in the U.S. Our clients don't pay retainers or setup fees - they only pay us when we generate profitable sales. Every campaign is zero-risk to the client and fully aligned with their outcomes: if they don't make money, we don't either.
This model is working. We maintain a 93 Net Promoter Score, our clients stay with us for years, our team has doubled in size over the past year, and we're on an even steeper growth trajectory heading into 2027. We move quickly, measure everything, and build systems that turn dormant leads into booked revenue.
We're now expanding the team responsible for building relationships with the next wave of high-value accounts.

This role sits between outbound sales and account-based marketing. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with a defined set of high-value home improvement companies, working from a target list of roughly 1000 accounts across the U.S. Rather than high-volume cold outreach, this is thoughtful, creative, account-based selling - using highly personalized outreach to open conversations and convert them into new client partnerships.
