Accountant

- Manage day-to-day accounts - Record and reconcile all farm, processing, and distribution transactions (feed purchases, sales, payroll, expenses). - Prepare financial reports - Produce regular P&L, cash flow, and budget vs. actual reports for the directors. - Oversee cash and banking - Monitor cash flow, manage bank reconciliations, and flag any shortfalls or irregularities. - Support compliance - Ensure taxes, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements are met on time. - Strengthen financial controls - Identify gaps in spending, approvals, or record-keeping and help close them.
