Position Summary of the Accountant II:
The Accountant II will be responsible for all aspects of property accounting for a complex portfolio of properties, preparing lease abstracts, preparing deliverables for the month end close, monitoring tenant accounts, managing tenant relationships and additional technical accounting tasks as necessary. This role includes responsibilities for all of the organizations’ Office and Industrial properties and all Residential properties, regardless of ownership entity.
