Are you an experienced Team Leader ready to take that exciting next step into management? At The Biscot Mill, we're looking for someone with the passion, ambition and leadership skills to step up and make their mark as our next Assistant Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your existing experience, develop your management skills and take on more responsibility within a busy Hungry Horse pub.

Located in Luton, The Biscot Mill is a lively pub bringing together great-value food, family dining, live sport and a fantastic atmosphere. With plenty happening throughout the week, no two days are the same!

Job Description

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub.

• Leading, motivating and developing the team to deliver brilliant customer experiences.

• Taking the lead during busy services, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Helping drive sales, profitability and overall business performance.

• Maintaining high standards across food, drink, service and cleanliness.

• Supporting with recruitment, training and developing team members.

• Learning the commercial and operational side of running a successful pub.

Qualifications

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or in a similar hospitality role.

• Someone ready to take the next step and develop into a management position.

• A natural leader who can motivate and bring out the best in others.

• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.

• A passion for great customer service and delivering brilliant hospitality.

• Drive, ambition and a willingness to learn.
