What you’ll be doing
Leading from the front: Motivate, support and develop your team to deliver their best every day.
Creating great guest experiences: Make sure every guest feels welcome and enjoys a fantastic visit, whatever the occasion.
Running a successful pub: Take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and standards stay high.
Driving pub performance: Support sales, manage costs and identify opportunities to help the business succeed.
Growing your team: Build a positive team culture where people feel supported, develop new skills and have opportunities to progress.
What we’re looking for
Experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality, pubs or a similar fast-paced environment.
A passion for great customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
The confidence to lead, motivate and support a team.
Good organisation and an understanding of pub operations, standards and commercial performance.
The ambition to develop your leadership skills and take the next step in your career.
