You will align annual and long-term Audition & Interview (A&I) programming to meet market demand while maximizing a comprehensive recruitment budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Enrollment Management: Co-lead the development of institution-wide enrollment initiatives. Work directly with the Dean to successfully matriculate over 850 domestic college undergraduates, 300 graduate recruits, 225 conservatory undergraduates, and 90+ conservatory graduate students annually.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a high-performing domestic recruitment team consisting of four direct reports and five indirect reports across the College and Conservatory.
- Board of Admissions Leadership: Serve as a senior leader on the Board of Admissions. Plan agendas, lead selection meetings, and partner with academic chairs on complex admissions and scholarship deliberations.
- A&I Operations & Budget Control: Oversee domestic admissions budgets, projecting expenses and auditing staff expenditures. Direct the logistical strategy for in-person, online, and travel-based audition events, acting as the primary liaison to faculty and administrative stakeholders.
- Portfolio Workflow Management: Oversee the SlideRoom artistic application and portfolio review workflows, continuously updating criteria and lifecycle processes to ensure timely, equitable faculty evaluations.
- Cross-Institutional Collaboration: Partner with Enrollment Marketing and Operations to ensure message consistency across all digital portals, while leading comprehensive training programs on admissions technology and customer service best practices.
