BCBA Wanted in Lansing, East Lansing, Okemos, Grand Ledge, Eaton Rapids, & Mason β Come Build Something Amazing With Us! π
Company: SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company
Location: Lansing, Michigan and surrounding areas
Pay: $85,000 - $90,000 per year
You joined this field to change the world. Are you a BCBA who's ready to bring your energy, creativity, and clinical brilliance somewhere it'll actually be celebrated?
We're growing, and we need passionate BCBAs who want more than a caseload. You want a home base and a space to use the science of behavior to support our business and our clients.
Our Philosophy
We lead with empathy. Families come first. We believe happy, supported clinicians provide the best care. No burnout. No rigid protocols. No impossible caseloads. Just room for your clinical judgment and creativity to shine.
What This Means for You π
Manageable Caseload β 12 clients, 25 billable hours/week. Group facilitation counts toward that number, never added on top.
Data You Can Actually Trust β Our data collection software is homegrown, built in-house with real feedback from our own BCBAs and technicians. It's designed around how our clinicians actually work, so you get accurate, reliable data collected by technicians in the field β giving you the clean, trustworthy analysis you need to make confident clinical recommendations, not just numbers to sift through.
Real Administrative Support β Our ops team owns scheduling, insurance authorizations, and RBT staffing, so you can stay laser-focused on clinical care.
Flexible Scheduling β Report writing, admin work, and parent training? Remote-friendly.
Room to Grow, Without Overload β Curriculum development, CE presentations, school partnerships, fieldwork supervision β pursue your niche, and we'll adjust your billable expectations to match.
Complimentary CEUs + professional development support
Competitive Benefits β medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, mileage reimbursement
Collaborative Hub & Community Programming β a dedicated team space built for team connection. This is also our space for hosting our Social Connections Club groups!
The Opportunity: Social Connections Club at the Okemos Hub
Our thriving Social Connections Club is entering its next exciting chapter β and we want you to help shape it! This role blends social skills group facilitation (toddlers through teens) with a smaller in-home caseload, giving you variety and depth. You'll join a crew of BCBAs already deep in the work β fading prompts, supporting peer connection, and helping clients generalize skills in real, natural group settings.
Groups run mostly after school, so you'll want availability for about three evenings a week. Other tasks can flex for remote work β documentation, parent training, admin work.
What You'll Do
Facilitate and supervise social skills groups across age bands alongside our social groups team
Fade prompts and supports to build lasting independence; help clients generalize across settings
Carry an individualized in-home ABA caseload alongside your group work
Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship consistent with BACB standards
Partner with families to set meaningful goals that extend beyond group time
What We're Looking For
Active BCBA certification + active Michigan behavior analyst license (or eligibility)
Experience developing and overseeing individualized ABA programming
Strong prompt-fading know-how and a passion for building client independence
A neurodiversity-affirming, client-centered approach
Availability for ~3 evenings/week
A team player ready to help build something long-term β not just fill a caseload
Ready to bring your energy somewhere it's genuinely valued? Apply today and start making a real difference for children and families across Lansing, East Lansing, Okemos, Grand Ledge, Eaton Rapids, and Mason! β¨
