We are looking for a commercially minded and proactive Brand Solutions Executive to drive creator-led brand campaigns and strategic activations. In this role, you will act as the bridge between brands, agencies, and top digital creators. You will translate client briefs into high-impact creator solutions, oversee end-to-end execution, and build long-term commercial relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love the creator economy (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), and have a sharp eye for campaign performance, this role is for you.
Manage creator-led campaigns end-to-end, from initial brief and proposal development through execution, reporting, and post-campaign follow-up.
Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, deeply understanding their marketing objectives and converting them into tailored creator strategies.
Nurture and build strong, long-term client relationships, identifying upsell and collaboration opportunities based on campaign learnings.
Partner closely with Business Development (BD) teams on new pitch opportunities and existing accounts, bringing creator insights directly into commercial discussions.
Craft compelling creator recommendations, campaign concepts, and proposals aligned with brand objectives, audience fit, and platform best practices.
Collaborate with the Creator Network team to source, secure, and brief suitable creators for each campaign.
Direct project timelines, deliverables, budgets, content review processes, and cross-stakeholder communication.
Proactively anticipate operational roadblocks and coordinate with internal/external teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Lead and execute special strategic initiatives beyond standard campaigns, including live creator activations, events, platform programs, and custom projects.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to take initiatives from ideation to full-scale execution.
Identify opportunities to integrate strategic initiatives with broader commercial goals and Creator Growth priorities.
Capture, document, and apply key learnings from activations to continually elevate future programs.
Monitor real-time campaign performance and translate raw metrics into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
Maintain clear visibility over active campaign pipelines, revenue tracking, and Gross Profit (GP) margins.
Contribute to the creation of Creator Growth offerings, including GCS/LCS programs, scalable creator packages, case studies, and pitch decks.
Feed market trends and client feedback back into the team to refine products and maximize commercial growth.
