We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. **Required:** • Proven experience in a similar Cleaning Supervisory role • Excellent leadership and people skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively • Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional results • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
**Desirable:** • Full BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science) Training or equivalent qualification • Experience in budget management and cost control • Knowledge of cleaning industry best practices and innovations • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
