Build Relationships. Win Projects. Help Businesses Move Forward.
DWC Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Project & Construction Sales Executive to grow our commercial HVAC project business through new customer development, strong industry relationships, and practical mechanical solutions.
For over 30 years, DWC Mechanical has served Western New York’s commercial HVAC needs. This is an opportunity to help expand that business by connecting building owners, facility leaders, property managers, and general contractors with the expertise they need for HVAC installations, equipment replacements, retrofits, and construction projects.

Working closely with estimating, project management, and technical teams, you’ll help turn customer needs into clearly defined, competitively priced, profitable projects.
This position offers a $70,000–$110,000 annual base salary, along with clear expectations for business development, customer relationships, and sales results.
