Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the computer lab to ensure all hardware and software function correctly and are well-maintained. Cultivate a secure and encouraging environment that promotes effective learning and exploration. Maintain precise inventories of all hardware, software licenses, and digital educational resources. Assist students and faculty in effectively utilizing computers and various educational applications. Provide foundational IT training covering word processing, web navigation, and introductory programming concepts. Monitor student progress and deliver prompt technical support to address learning or technical challenges. Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic troubleshooting on computers, printers, and related IT equipment. Update software systems and enforce security protocols to protect lab assets and data integrity. Collaborate with administrative and teaching staff to configure digital tools for classroom use. Requirements Hold a diploma or degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. Possess relevant experience in IT support, computer lab management, or digital skills instruction.
