About the Role
We’re hiring a Team Leader for our Brighton-based Seller Sales team. You’ll bring energy, accountability and a strong coaching ethos, helping us build a high-performance culture and set the standard for the future.

Manage attendance, adherence and wellbeing in a fair, visible way
Collaborate cross functionally to drive improved business outcomes
Bring energy and creativity to drive motivation and results
