At H&M, social is more than a place where content shows up. It’s where culture moves, communities form and new creative behaviors emerge.
We’re looking for a Creative, Social who thinks social-first from the very beginning. Someone with a strong creative point of view, a sharp understanding of culture and an instinct for what makes an idea feel relevant, distinctive and native to the platform it lives on.
You’ll develop creative concepts across the full spectrum of social content, from fast-moving, platform-native executions to creator-led ideas and larger integrated campaigns. You’ll combine creative thinking with an understanding of audience behavior, channel dynamics and performance, helping us create work that earns attention while strengthening the H&M brand.
This is an opportunity for someone who doesn’t simply follow established social formats but is curious about where culture and platforms are heading next and wants to help shape what H&M does there.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Creative, Social, you’ll develop ideas and creative executions designed specifically for social and creator-led environments. You’ll work from insight and opportunity through concept and execution, bringing fresh thinking to both planned campaigns and fast-moving social moments.
You’ll stay close to culture, creators, communities and evolving platform behaviors, using that understanding to develop ideas that feel relevant to the audience and right for H&M.
Key responsibilities include:
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be part of a collaborative environment working across social and creator content, partnering with creatives, strategists, producers and colleagues across Organic Social and Creator Marketing. You’ll work closely with others to turn cultural and audience insights into relevant creative ideas, then help bring those ideas to life across channels, creators and markets.
WHO YOU ARE
You’re a social-first creative with a strong point of view and genuine curiosity about culture, people and how social platforms continue to evolve.
You understand that great social creative isn’t simply campaign content resized for a different channel. You know how to start with the audience, platform and cultural context and build an idea from there.
You combine creativity with curiosity and judgement. You’re comfortable experimenting with new formats, challenging established approaches and moving quickly when an opportunity appears. At the same time, you understand how to protect a strong brand identity and turn creative thinking into work that has genuine relevance and impact.
