Creator Partnerships Manager (Influencer Marketing)

Essor, where brands take flight. We find digital challenger brands and supercharge them into iconic global legends that consumers love. As a next-generation consumer products platform, we leverage technology, industry expertise, and strategic collaborations to ignite growth and launch brands beyond expectations.

Essor’s brand portfolio today includes a broad range of rapidly growing health & wellness and lifestyle brands like Boka, ZitSticka, Puracy, OTOTO Design, FreshCap, Iron Flask, Fullstar, NumNum, Key Nutrients, and Viking Revolution that are sold on Amazon, Direct to Consumer channels, and through national retailers like Target, CVS, and Walmart.

At Essor, we are at the forefront of leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to challenge traditional ways of working. We are empowered to engage technology-driven initiatives. We want individuals who are hands-on, curious, and excited to be part of this journey. We expect Essorians to actively leverage AI, data, and automation to drive impact in their daily work. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of AI coding agents to automate tasks (e.g., Copilot, Antigravity), development of automated or agentic workflows (e.g., N8N, Dify), and engagement with data analysis tools (including SQL where relevant). While mastery is not required at the outset, rapid learning, technical fluency, and continuous upskilling are core expectations. The company will support your growth through guidance and coaching, and you are expected to actively develop and apply your skills as part of your role.

About the Role:

Creator partnerships will be a key growth channel for our Consumables business, spanning three brands — ZitSticka, Tree of Life, and Rockin' Green — across Amazon US, DTC, and social commerce.

We're looking for a highly autonomous Influencer Marketing Senior Specialist to build and own this function end-to-end. You'll develop our creator network from the ground up, source and negotiate partnerships, manage affiliate and gifting programs, and turn creator content into a scalable growth engine across our brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to find the right creators, build relationships, close partnerships, and turn content into measurable revenue. You'll have significant ownership over the strategy, pipeline, partnerships, and day-to-day execution of the creator channel.

What You'll Do:

Creator Sourcing & Network Building

• Own the creator pipeline across all Consumable brands. Use influencer discovery platforms to prospect, shortlist, and qualify creators against brand-specific personas.
• Run tiered shortlisting cadences: ~5 nano (5K, barter), ~20 macro (50K–200K, affiliate), and ~5 mega (500K+, paid) per month, adjusted by brand priority.
• Handle all outreach and onboarding — first DM, terms, close, system entry.
• Maintain a live creator database: who's active, what they've posted, brand alignment, contract status, performance, reactivation potential.
• Push the sourcing criteria forward. Don't wait for a brief — recommend new personas and angles. Actively watch for upcoming influencer/creator trends in general.
• Manage the monthly budget, and work with different stakeholders (brand managers, performance manager, etc.) wherever necessary.

Affiliate & Barter Program Management

• Run the affiliate program end-to-end: onboarding, commission links, conversion tracking, top-performer flags.
• Negotiate barter and rate collaborations. Your ability to close these deals without a budget is the skill we're hiring for.
• Secure full media rights on every barter deal so content can be repurposed across Amazon PDP, paid social, DTC, and organic.
• Track affiliate performance weekly — conversion rate, revenue, ACoS by tier — and bring a scale/pause/renegotiate recommendation to Monday briefings.

UGC & Creator Briefing

• Write creator briefs: hook direction, key message, claim hierarchy, visual angle, duration, CTA. Your brief is what separates generic creator video from one that converts.
• Adapt the brief to each influencer/creator category.
• Coordinate the sample-to-content pipeline: brief, timelines, review against brief, usage rights confirmation.
• Maintain the UGC usage rights tracker — what's live, on which channels, with what expiry.

Who You Are:

• With at least 3 to 5 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management,  where sourcing and negotiation were the primary output.
• Hands-on experience with at least one discovery platform (Upfluence, Grin, CreatorIQ, or similar). You build filters, evaluate audience overlap, and run shortlists at volume.
• Proven track record closing barter and gifting collaborations. You've landed deals where the budget was a product sample and a good pitch.
• Working knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and Facebook as creator ecosystems — what travels on each, what the algorithm rewards, what drives commerce (not just views).
• You can hold multiple brand voices and creator networks in parallel without cross-contamination.
• Strong written and verbal English — you'll be negotiating with US-based creators daily.

Strong advantage if you have experience in the following areas:

• Beauty, skincare, personal care, or home care category experience.
• Familiarity with Amazon-linked affiliate structures (Amazon Associates, Attribution).
• Previous experience working with the US market and US creator networks.
• Hands-on TikTok Shop creator management — onboarding, commission setup, content-to-storefront pipeline.
• You've built a creator program from zero. You know what the first 30 days of cold outreach feels like.

Selection process:

We want to get to know your technical expertise, your strategic mindset, and how you approach problem-solving. Here is what you can expect during the interview process:

• Step 1: Initial Screening
• • A conversational interview with our Talent Acquisition/HR team. We will focus on understanding your core experience, your alignment with the role’s requirements, your aptitude for AI and emerging tech, and your overall cultural fit at Essor.
• Step 2: Case Study Assessment
• • A practical, take-home exercise designed to give you an opportunity to showcase your strategy, technical capabilities, and problem-solving skills in a real-world scenario.
• Step 3: Deep Dive & Case Review
• • You will meet first with the Hiring Manager, followed by the Head of Department. During these sessions, we will review your case study presentation, evaluate your blend of hard and soft skills, and discuss how you would collaborate with the wider team.
• Step 4: Final Leadership Interview
• • A final conversation with members of our leadership team to align on high-level strategy, business impact, and long-term vision.

Digital Fluency & AI Integration

At Essor, technical fluency is a prerequisite for excellence. We look for individuals who are excited to pioneer new ways of working by leveraging LLMs, automated workflows, and data analysis tools.

Whether it’s deploying AI coding agents (Copilot, Antigravity) to ship faster, building agentic workflows in N8N or Dify, or querying data via SQL to drive objective decisions, you should be a practitioner of the "automated-first" mindset. While we don't expect Day 1 mastery, we do require a relentless "learn-and-apply" loop. We are committed to your growth through active mentorship and internal upskilling, expecting in return a commitment to continuous experimentation and the proactive application of AI to solve complex business problems.
