Als Patient Support Specialist ben jij het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor stomadragers in de Benelux. Je luistert, stelt de juiste vragen en biedt deskundig productadvies en praktische ondersteuning. Zo help je patiënten om met vertrouwen hun dagelijks leven te leiden.In deze functie combineer je oprechte patiëntgerichtheid met eigenaarschap en resultaatgericht werken. Je werkt aan duidelijke service- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen en zet samen met je collega’s graag die extra stap. Wil jij betekenisvol contact, verantwoordelijkheid en teamwork combineren? Wat ga je doen?

Als Patient Support Specialist help je patiënten persoonlijk én werk je samen met het team aan uitstekende dienstverlening.

In deze rol:

• • Bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor stomadragers in de Benelux en onderhoudt telefonisch en digitaal contact
  • Luistert goed, inventariseert de hulpvraag en geeft persoonlijk en passend productadvies
  • Begeleidt patiënten met empathie, deskundigheid en vertrouwen en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige opvolging
  • Herkent mogelijkheden om patiënten nog beter te ondersteunen en neemt hierin proactief initiatief
  • Werkt nauw samen met Sales, stomaverpleegkundigen en andere interne afdelingen
  • Legt contactmomenten en afspraken nauwkeurig vast in het CRM-systeem
  • Werkt doelgericht aan individuele en gezamenlijke doelen op het gebied van bereikbaarheid, kwaliteit, opvolging, patiënttevredenheid en passende productondersteuning

Je werkt in een hecht team van drie collega’s, waarin zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Jullie delen kennis, spreken elkaar aan op afspraken en motiveren elkaar om gezamenlijke targets te behalen. Zo zetten jullie samen steeds die extra stap voor nét dat beetje extra resultaat voor de patiënt én de organisatie. 

Wat breng jij mee?

• • Minimaal mbo-werk- en -denkniveau
  • Ervaring in klantenservice, telefonische dienstverlening, hospitality, een apotheek, zorgadministratie of een vergelijkbare omgeving is welkom
  • Je communiceert warm, duidelijk en professioneel en kunt goed doorvragen
  • Je combineert oprechte aandacht voor de patiënt met een proactieve en resultaatgerichte instelling
  • Je krijgt energie van duidelijke doelen en draagt actief bij aan het gezamenlijke resultaat
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en legt informatie zorgvuldig vast
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend; Frans is een pré of je bent bereid dit te leren met een opleiding die wij aanbieden
  • Je kunt werken met Microsoft Office en maakt nieuwe CRM-systemen snel eigen
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Utrecht en bent 32–40 uur per week beschikbaar
  • Ervaring met stomazorg of medische hulpmiddelen is mooi meegenomen, maar niet vereist. Met ons inwerkprogramma en onze producttraining leer je alles wat je nodig hebt om patiënten deskundig te ondersteunen.

What will you do?

As a Customer Care Specialist, you provide patients with personal support while working with the team to deliver excellent service. In this role, you:

• Act as the first point of contact for ostomy patients across the Benelux, communicating by phone and through digital channels
• Listen carefully, assess each patient’s needs and provide personal, appropriate product advice
• Support patients with empathy, expertise and reassurance, ensuring thorough follow-up
• Identify opportunities to support patients even better and take proactive action
• Work closely with Sales, stoma care nurses and other internal departments
• Accurately record interactions and agreements in the CRM system
• Work purposefully towards individual and shared objectives relating to accessibility, quality, follow-up, patient satisfaction and appropriate product support

You will work in a close-knit team of three colleagues, where independence, responsibility and collaboration are key. You share knowledge, hold one another accountable for commitments and motivate each other to achieve shared targets. Together, you consistently go the extra mile to deliver that additional result for both patients and the organisation.

What do you bring?

• At least secondary vocational education-level thinking and working ability
• Experience in customer service, telephone-based services, hospitality, a pharmacy, healthcare administration or a similar environment is welcome
• You communicate warmly, clearly and professionally and know how to ask effective follow-up questions
• You combine genuine attention to the patient with a proactive, results-driven mindset
• You are energised by clear goals and actively contribute to the team’s shared results
• You work accurately, take responsibility and record information carefully
• You have an excellent command of Dutch; French is an advantage, or you are willing to learn it through training provided by us
• You are confident using Microsoft Office and quickly become familiar with new CRM systems
• You preferably live in the Utrecht region and are available for 32–40 hours per week
• Experience in ostomy care or medical devices is an advantage, but not required. Our onboarding programme and product training will teach you everything you need to support patients with confidence and expertise.
