Digital Marketer

Job Description Social Media Management Own and grow Roitech's LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter) presence with consistent, on-brand content. Post a minimum of 4 times per week across platforms — a mix of educational, social proof, and promotional content. Engage actively with comments, DMs, and community conversations to build visibility. Monitor platform analytics weekly and adjust content strategy based on what performs. Content Creation & Strategy Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned to Roitech's sales pipeline and product focus. Write blog posts, LinkedIn articles, email newsletters, and website copy that position Roitech as a credible tech partner. Create or brief short-form video content (reels, demos, testimonials) for Instagram and LinkedIn. Produce sales enablement materials: case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks, and proposal templates in collaboration with sales. Repurpose long-form content into social snippets, graphics, and email teasers. Lead Generation & Inbound Marketing Build and manage lead capture funnels — landing pages, lead magnets, and email opt-in sequences. Run and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google as budget allows. Set up and manage email marketing flows for nurturing leads that are not yet sales-ready. Collaborate with the sales rep to ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) are handed over cleanly. Track lead source attribution so the business knows which channels are generating pipeline. SEO & Website Conduct a basic SEO audit of the Roitech website and implement on-page improvements. Develop a keyword strategy targeting Roitech's ideal clients in Nigeria and across Africa. Work with the developer to implement technical SEO fixes and landing page improvements. Publish SEO-optimised blog content targeting decision-maker search queries. Analytics & Reporting Set up and maintain a simple marketing dashboard tracking: reach, engagement, leads generated, MQLs, and cost per lead. Submit a weekly marketing report to the CEO every Friday. Run monthly performance reviews against targets and propose adjustments to strategy. A/B test content formats, CTAs, and email subject lines to improve conversion rates.
