From acquisition to delivery, on-premises or in the cloud, ASG ensures our clients’ success through tailored solutions. One of North America’s largest Media and Entertainment Technology and Operations suppliers, we provide engineering services, physical and cloud integration, training, support, and managed services. ASG delivers customized operations and services for all phases of media production, including creative and engineering. Founded in 1997, and providing nationwide services, ASG has teams based in North America, South America, and Europe.
The Director, Studio Operations & Production leads the Client’s in-house creative studio, delivering high-craft video and always-on, multi-brand social content for a global technology leader. This is a full-time, permanent, remote position with ASG, embedded with the Client’s studio team.
You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of 17 or more, including managers and discipline leads, and shape how the studio grows. The studio runs 2 workstreams: B2B advertising and marketing content across social and digital channels, and executive-facing video for senior leadership, including sizzle reels, town hall recaps, and leadership communications. With 15 to 20 projects in flight at any time, scaling to 30 to 35 during peak event season, you’ll set the operating model, build the team for scale, and make sure both workstreams get the leadership and output they deserve.
This is a role for a proven studio leader who wants real ownership: the team, the budget, the operating model, and a seat at the table with executive stakeholders.
