Join us at Greene King the country's leading pub company and brewer, where our mission is to pour happiness into lives and become the pride of great British hospitality. Develop initiative briefs and support the creation of business cases, enabling informed investment and prioritisation decisions.
Ensure effective transition into delivery through clear readiness criteria, structured handovers and continuous improvement of Phase 0 initiative shaping processes.

Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear executive-level recommendations.
