Join a small team building multimodal AI agents for customer communication across voice, SMS, and email. You will own a core product or engineering domain end to end, shape decisions directly with customers, and help bring reliable AI systems into production.
Own a domain from architecture through frequent production releases.
Speak with customers, synthesize feedback, and make product decisions independently.
Build and optimize multimodal agents, including low-latency voice experiences and persistent, cross-channel conversation state.
Set quality practices for non-deterministic systems, including evaluations, prompt versioning, guardrails, and drift detection.
Work across React and Next.js interfaces, Node.js services, and Python systems.
Three to eight years of full-stack engineering experience, with a record of shipping and scaling products from early stages in fast-paced environments.
Production proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js, plus experience building Python services.
Hands-on production experience with LLM APIs or agent SDKs, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or comparable tools.
Strong depth in at least one area: production voice or SMS agents, long-running agent state and memory, agent evaluations and guardrails, or B2B2C and marketplace products.
Experience making product decisions, conducting customer discovery, and owning shipped work without relying on a dedicated product manager.
Understanding of backend infrastructure and data structures for persistent conversations, as well as low-latency systems and non-deterministic behavior.
Python experience with real-time voice pipelines or evaluation tooling is useful. Strong computer science fundamentals or founder experience with demonstrated product traction are also valued.
