General Dentist - Green Bay, WI
Full-time | $150,000-$190,000 base + performance incentive | Earn ownership, no buy-in, no loan
Healthcare is about human connection, not transactions.
That's the belief our practice is built on. We want every patient to walk in and feel seen, heard and valued, and to leave better than they arrived. We choose connection over volume, because patients who trust their dentist stay for a lifetime and tell the people they love.
If that's how you want to practice, we'd love to meet you!
Private practice, not a corporate chain. Ownership, without the solo grind.
Our practice in Green Bay, the bayside city where the Fox River meets the bay and about 30 miles northeast of Appleton, is privately owned and doctor-led. It's a tight-knit Northeast Wisconsin community where families stay for generations. Through Ascendent Health Partners (AHP), the group behind the practice, you get the strength of a larger group, including buying power and back-office support, without giving up what makes private practice special.
Doctors here earn real ownership through our Equity Earn-In Program. No buy-in. No loan. No personal guarantee. It's on top of your clinical pay and never reduces it. The doctors who build lasting patient relationships should share in what those relationships build.

A note from Max
I'm Max Meinerz, a practicing dentist and the managing partner of Ascendent Health Partners. I built this group because I wanted to practice dentistry in a place that put people first, and I wanted the doctors doing the work to share in what we build together. If that sounds like home, I'd like to hear from you directly. You can always text or call me at 262-230-1057.
