Top-tier General Surgeons shouldn’t have to give up their health, families and weekends for their careers. Skilled Wound Care, a premier national physician group, is hiring General Surgeons in Wilmington, DE to work as wound care physicians and lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across the area.

Maybe you want clinical autonomy outside the high-pressure hospital environment. Either way, this no-call General Surgeon job offers a high-impact surgical career without the corporate red tape.

Why General Surgeons in Wilmington, DE Choose Wound Care

In a specialty where being on call can mean missed dinners, cancelled vacations and 2 a.m. emergency cases, we offer a refreshing alternative:

• Clinical Autonomy: Direct patient outcomes based on your surgical expertise, not a hospital committee or department hierarchy.
• Smarter Documentation: Our custom software is designed to slash admin time, so you’re not stuck charting at midnight when you could be home at a reasonable hour.
