At Focaldata, we’re building a new kind of tech-enabled research agency — that offers clients deep insight at the speed of software. You’ll get the opportunity to work alongside a highly collaborative team of researchers, client leads, engineers, data scientists and product specialists. We do impactful work with leading organisations, from brands like New Balance to campaign groups like Hope not Hate and non-profits like the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Join us.
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to own the events, partnerships, social channels and content-led campaigns that help Focaldata reach senior buyers and turn our research into commercial momentum.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine sharp campaign thinking with excellent execution. You’ll own Focaldata-hosted events, the external events we attend, campaign partnerships, social media delivery and structured content campaigns — always with learning, momentum and commercial outcomes as the north star.
You are a high-energy, high-urgency operator who likes turning messy ideas into shipped work. You care about quality, but you do not get stuck waiting for perfect conditions. You are creative, commercially curious and practical: you can spot a good opportunity, turn it into a clear plan, coordinate the right people, and follow through until the outcome is measured. You are a team player with low ego and a strong learning mindset: you take feedback well, improve quickly and make the people around you more effective.
You’ll make Focaldata’s events, partnerships, social channels and content campaigns more focused, more consistent and more commercially useful — with clearer prioritisation, stronger execution, better feedback loops, and better learning from the work we choose to do.
The pay range for this role is:
40,000 - 55,000 GBP per year
