About the role
After becoming one of the fastest growing startups in the United States, Rippling is ready to up level our growth engine to scale to $1B in ARR over the next couple years, including through international expansion and the addition of new products like Global Payroll, Employer of Record, and Spend Management. Investing in our finance, operational, and entity expansion is a key priority to enable future business growth.
Rippling Payments UK Limited (“RPay UK”) is an authorised Electronic Money Institution supervised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rippling. As Head of Compliance Oversight and CEO of the UK Rpay entity, you will hold a Senior Management Function under the senior managers and certification regime. You will be accountable to the Board of Directors for the leadership, governance and performance of the Rpay UK entity.
This role requires a proven leader in global payments and financial infrastructure, someone who can scale complex operations and ensure operational resilience in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This role will require you to be residing in the United Kingdom and come onsite to the London office.
