Client Services Escalation Support: Act as the Informatics support for client-reported data concerns, partnering with Client Services, Product, and Engineering to clarify issues, assess severity, determine likely root cause, and route work to relevant teams as appropriate.

Testing and Impact Analysis: Define and execute informatics-informed test scenarios, acceptance criteria, regression checks, and impact assessments for clinical, membership, provider, source, and product logic changes.
Cross-Functional Requirements Translation: Translate clinical, data, and operational concerns into clear requirements, testable acceptance criteria, and decision-ready summaries for Product, Engineering, DQ Engineering, and leadership stakeholders.
Product Logic and Data Standards Review: Review product logic, source integration decisions, data transformations, and clinical/business rules to identify risks related to quality, usability, interpretation, consistency, and client-facing deliverables.
Continuous Improvement: Identify patterns in escalations and release reviews that should become reusable standards, test cases, documentation, data quality rules, or upstream product requirements.
