Overhead Door Company of Kansas City™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Olathe, Kansas!

What You'll Do

Communicate with existing and potential national customers to identify sales opportunities, resolve issues, and provide consultative sales support
Build and maintain customer relationships by identifying additional product and service opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer information and activity records in the company's CRM system
Follow up with customers and prospects to move sales opportunities forward and close business
Prepare, detail, and submit accurate, competitive sales proposals
Work toward assigned sales targets and performance goals
Support sales projects, initiatives, and other team priorities
Stay current on sales strategies, tools, technologies, and product knowledge
Collaborate with team members across the office and region to support customer needs
Complete projects on time and within budget
Perform other duties as assigned by management

What You Bring

Minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales or another customer-facing role
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems
Experience with ERP systems or data management tools is a plus
Strong analytical, assessment, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with customers and understand their needs
Professional demeanor and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments
Self-motivated, reliable, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving results
Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Experience supporting field service operations is a plus
