Junior Marketing Analyst - Leaply
Hi! We’re Leaply — a product ecosystem in the Health & Wellness niche. Our mission is to create a platform users can fully trust with their health, so they can live healthier on autopilot. We launched in 2024 and have already seen explosive growth — 10x revenue in the past six months — with strong traction across the US, Europe, and beyond.
At Leaply, we challenge traditional career paths — we value ownership over job titles, and impact over process. As we scale, we’re looking for a curious, data-driven Junior Marketing Analyst to help us make smarter marketing decisions — and grow fast alongside the team.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst to join our analytics team and support Performance Marketing. The Marketing team at Leaply is highly data-driven and focused on developing at-scale, measurable marketing programs designed to improve the lifetime value of Leaply customers.
This is a role for someone at the start of their analytics career who wants to work on real business problems from day one. You’ll work closely with marketers on reporting, A/B test analysis and ad-hoc research, with hands-on mentorship from our Data Analytics Lead. Expect a fast learning curve: from well-defined tasks at the start to owning your own analytical areas as you grow.
What You Will Do:
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the Performance Marketing team on spend, creative performance and channel results, so marketers can make faster day-to-day decisions
Build and maintain dashboards for key marketing metrics, and keep them accurate and easy to use for the team
Analyze A/B tests within our existing evaluation framework: check data, calculate results and present clear conclusions
Monitor key metrics and flag anomalies or unexpected changes to the team early
Support deep-dive research into our audience segments and how they translate into LTV and unit economics
Check data and tracking quality together with engineering, and help fix discrepancies between marketing, product and payment data
Document your analyses and metric definitions so the team can reuse them
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
6+ months of experience in analytics (internship, first job, or substantial freelance/pet projects with real data)
Confident SQL: joins, aggregations, window functions, and you can write queries on your own
Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar)
Understanding of core marketing metrics — CPM, CAC, LTV, ROAS — and how they relate to each other
Basic statistics and knowledge of how A/B tests work: significance, sample size, typical mistakes
An analytical mindset: you like breaking down why a metric changed and can explain your findings in plain language
Eagerness to learn fast, ask questions and take feedback
It’s great if you have:
Basic Python for data manipulation (pandas)
Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools
Experience with BigQuery or other large datasets
Exposure to subscription apps or performance marketing
Courses, certificates or pet projects in marketing or product analytics
Why This Role
Learn from the best. You’ll get close mentorship from our Data Analytics Lead and work side by side with a strong, data-driven marketing team.
Real impact from day one. With marketing budgets scaling fast across multiple channels, your analysis will feed directly into real spend decisions — not just internal reports.
Fast growth. As the analytics function grows from a small team to a full guild, you’ll have a clear path to grow into a Middle Marketing Analyst and take on more complex areas like LTV forecasting and attribution.
Real AI investment. We’re actively building AI-powered solutions across the business, and you’ll get hands-on experience with the AI tools and approaches we use in analytics.
What You’ll Get
Competitive compensation
Close mentorship from our Data Analytics Lead and a structured growth path
Real tasks with measurable impact on business decisions
Access to internal SKELAR communities across Analytics, Marketing, Product, and Engineering
A meaningful mission: help people live healthier lives every day
