We're seeking a Key Account Manager to own brand strategy, commercial growth and profitability across online and offline channels. You will turn consumer and market insights into actionable plans, optimise performance across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, coordinate offline distribution with specialist teams, and take ownership of the brand P&L, budgets and profit delivery.
What You'll Do
Brand strategy and planning. Own annual and quarterly brand plans, positioning, target consumers, product assortment, pricing and launches. Translate market and competitor insights into clear channel priorities, growth targets and execution plans.
Marketplace management. Lead strategy and commercial execution across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, including store merchandising, search, paid media, campaigns, promotions, creators, affiliates and livestream commerce. Evaluate other relevant sales channels and apply platform-specific tools, policies and operating requirements.
Performance optimisation. Diagnose performance by platform, product and funnel stage. Use traffic, conversion, average order value, repeat purchase, advertising efficiency and margin data to prioritise tests, improve the customer journey and scale profitable activity.
P&L and budgeting. Own the brand P&L and agree revenue, margin and profit targets with Finance. Build budgets, sales forecasts and investment plans covering product costs, marketing, promotions, platform fees, fulfilment and offline trade spend.
Profit monitoring. Review monthly actuals against budget and forecast. Explain revenue, cost and margin variances, monitor campaign and channel profitability, and reallocate spending or adjust pricing, promotions and product mix to close performance gaps.
Offline distribution. Work with sales, distribution and trade marketing teams on channel selection, distributor and retailer plans, launches and distribution coverage. Track sell-in, sell-out, stock availability and trade spending to support offline revenue and profitability.
Online and offline alignment. Coordinate pricing, assortment, promotions and launch timing across channels. Apply an understanding of distributor and retailer margins, commercial terms and inventory flows to resolve channel conflicts and support sustainable distribution.
Cross-functional leadership. Align e-commerce operations, marketing, creative, sales, supply chain and Finance around the brand plan. Lead business reviews with brand partners and internal stakeholders, secure decisions, and hold delivery owners accountable for actions and results.
Team leadership. Lead interns and junior team members, set priorities and deadlines, delegate tasks, review work quality, and provide coaching and performance feedback to build skills and independent ownership.
Who You Are
Education and languages. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field. Professional English and business Mandarin proficiency are required.
Relevant experience. At least 5 years in brand management, e-commerce or commercial management, including at least 2 years independently owning brand or business performance, strategy and budgets.
Brand ownership. Proven success delivering brand strategies and measurable improvements in revenue, conversion, marketing efficiency and profit. Able to make commercial trade-offs and turn analysis into action.
Platform expertise. Strong hands-on experience across all three platforms: Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. Understand the full platform ecosystem, from seller operations and merchandising to advertising, campaigns, creators, affiliates, livestreams, analytics and fulfilment.
Financial ownership. Direct P&L ownership, including budgets, forecasts, revenue, cost and profit monitoring, variance analysis and corrective action.
Offline commercial experience. Experience working with offline sales or distribution teams, with working knowledge of distributor and retailer economics, sell-in and sell-out, trade promotions, channel pricing and inventory.
People leadership. Experience supervising interns or juniors through delegation, coaching and feedback, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive delivery.
Category and market knowledge. Experience in beauty, personal care or health supplements and an understanding of cross-border e-commerce.
