Own the data harmonization roadmap from scoping through phased delivery, ensuring alignment on definitions, metrics, and data logic across three distinct brand organizations with differing systems and conventions
Analyze and translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business strategy and enable strategic decision-making
Build and develop a high-performing global team of analysts by setting strategic direction, establishing quality standards, and creating an environment where the team operates with clarity, accountability, and ambition
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional global teams across Analytics, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, etc., to execute on strategic initiatives
Keep leadership informed and aligned by providing rigorous reporting and analysis on strategic initiatives, communicating progress, risks, and recommendations in a clear and structured manner to support data-driven decision-making at the Executive level
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of total professional experience in an analytically rigorous environment; prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm with demonstrated progression and impact is strongly preferred
