At ConvenientMD, we’re on a mission to make good health more convenient for all – working to improve how patients and providers experience healthcare in New England. To support this belief, we’re building a team of dedicated professionals who genuinely care about improving lives, are passionate about work that can make a difference, and are driven to learn from one another.
ConvenientMD is looking for a proactive and reliable Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team for our Eastern Massachusetts district. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs at various clinic locations. You’ll be tackling a variety of tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance installations, and more, all under the guidance of the Facilities Manager. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively will be key to your success. In this role, you will be provided a work truck and gas card for work-related travel.
If you're ready to bring your maintenance expertise and positive attitude to a dynamic team, we’d love to connect!
Pay Transparency
In order to maintain equity among team members, ConvenientMD has established defined salary ranges for each role. Individual pay is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, years of relevant experience, current market conditions, and budget considerations. The pay range listed reflects the base salary for this role within this region. Some positions may also offer additional incentive opportunities based on metrics or performance, depending on the role. We encourage you to apply even if your desired compensation falls outside of the listed range.

Applicants rarely meet every single job requirement, and we appreciate that many skills and backgrounds can make people successful in this role. We are committed to creating a strong sense of belonging for all team members, and our process is designed to prevent discrimination against applicants regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, age, disability status, or any other aspect which makes you unique. If you’re looking for a great next step, and want to feel good about what you do, we’d love to hear from you.
