Build and maintain backend services, data schemas, CI/CD, monitoring, and testing.
Work with product and design partners to prioritize work, define success metrics, and make pragmatic architecture and roadmap decisions.
2 to 8 years of software engineering experience, including shipping user-facing products in a startup or product-focused environment.
Production full-stack experience with TypeScript and React or Next.js, plus backend development in Python or Node.js.
Experience with PostgreSQL and AWS or GCP.
Practical experience integrating AI or LLM services into production applications, with an emphasis on engineering and user outcomes.
Strong product judgment, end-to-end ownership, and comfort working across frontend, backend, and operational tasks in a small, high-ambiguity team.
