Viktor is the AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does the work: reports, dashboards, code, campaigns. Our mission is to give every company an AI employee.
The team is small. The scope is not.
Not a UI/UX role. Not a brand-strategy role. Performance and marketing design, hands-on, production-layer, every day, with 80-90% of your time focused on creating high-velocity performance ads. We have product designers for the app and growth designers for the marketing site; we're hiring you because they can't also run ads, social, decks, illustration, and events. If you wait for the perfect brief before opening Figma, this isn't the role. Output is daily, not weekly. You report to our Head of Creative.
We just rolled out a new brand. The system exists; now it has to land everywhere a customer or candidate touches us: the LinkedIn ad, the Product Hunt graphic, the booth signage, the swag at the launch party, the illustration on the next blog post. Run the production layer of the brand. Keep the system tight, extend it when needed, move fast.
Ads. 80-90% of your time will be spent creating high-volume ad creative, mostly static, against real budget, working with Preston (Creative Strategist). Create, ship, learn, and iterate quickly.
Brand execution. Adapt and extend the visual system: storyboards, art-direction, illustration. Work inside the brand book, then make the system better as you use it.
Campaigns & social. Daily briefs, quick turnarounds. Statics, simple animations, short video, blog/editorial.
Decks & templates. Equip sales, success, and the founders with decks that close and templates the team can use without breaking the brand.
Events. Booths, signage, swag, screens. Digital, print, spatial, on-site. They need to look like Viktor from 30 feet away.
Product visuals. Redraw product screens for marketing: heroes, comparison shots, walkthroughs. No UI work itself.
By month one, the brand has shown up in something visible (a campaign, a deck, an ad set, an event) with your name on it. By month three, every new deck is built from your templates, every event looks like Viktor, our ads beat the ones we benchmark against, and the rollout is done across decks, ads, social, and content. When someone asks "is this on-brand?" they ask you, not the brand book.
Ship one campaign asset or one ad set to production. Pick up the brand book and the Figma library, and start shipping.
2+ years of experience in visual design across agencies, studios, or in-house teams. Portfolio shows strong creative craft in performance ads and other marketing creative.
You designed static work by hand for several years before AI image generation (pre-2022). Your portfolio shows that craft: composition, typography, image-making, and a reason behind every choice.
You're excited by high-velocity creative production and comfortable producing a high volume of ads rather than spending weeks perfecting a single asset.
You can work inside an established brand system without fighting it, and you know when to stretch it.
Strong illustration and art-direction instincts. You turn "we need a hero for tomorrow by EOD" into something that ships.
You use AI in your design workflow, or actively keep up with it: ideation, generation, automation. You can show what you tried and what you learned.
Hands-on fluency in Figma and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or equivalent). Comfortable with motion and short video.
Bias toward shipping. You finish, measure, iterate.
Sharp written communication. You give and take feedback without ego.
UI/UX experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Range across every surface and full self-management: we'll coach both.
Embedded with Growth on the ads and performance creative that move the business, with additional ownership across content and events. Founding Designer (Bartek Pierzchała) partners on strategic projects: brand system, identity extensions, the work that sets the bar.
Real ownership. You're not the third designer on a 20-person team; you're the designer for everything the world sees outside the product.
Speed. Marketing ships every day. Your work goes live in hours, not quarters.
Fresh brand, real budget. You roll the new brand out across every surface and own it as it grows.
You're familiar with Claude Code or Cursor, and excited about vibe-coding.
You've shipped your own product in the past, however big or small.
You've shipped landing pages end-to-end (Webflow, Framer). Web is a plus, not core.
You've designed for live events at scale.
You've run your own studio or freelance practice.
You've built internal AI tooling for a design team.
Figma, Adobe CC, plus the AI tooling you already live in.
Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day.
We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate.
We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. The product works. The market is pulling.
This is a rare window: everyone here owns something real. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on.
That doesn't last forever. Right now, it's still true.
Top-of-the-market salary and the kind of ownership that only exists at this stage.
The best work happens when you're in the room. Munich, New York, Dublin, and Warsaw. Remote for some roles.
