About Leap
Leap is building the world’s largest network of branded retail stores - powered by data, systems, and scale. Our platform enables modern brands to launch and operate physical stores that work in concert with ecommerce - faster, smarter, and with significantly less risk.
We’re not experimenting - we’ve already powered 100+ stores for some of the most exciting brands in the country, and we’re accelerating. At Leap, people are at the core of the product. We’re building the next generation of retail infrastructure - and the team that will define it.

As a National Account Executive, you will own deals end-to-end, from first conversation through signed contract, and play a key role in shaping how our platform evolves. Think like an operator: Analyze brand P&Ls and retail economics to structure smart, winning deals.
Tell the story: Clearly articulate Leap’s platform, value proposition, and long-term vision to prospective partners.
Build the machine: Partner with Marketing and leadership to refine pitch materials, processes, and sales infrastructure.
Represent Leap: Be a trusted, high-integrity face of the company in the market.
Experience
3–7 years in sales, business development, or growth in a high-performance environment.
Closing Complex Deals: Experience with multi-stakeholder contracts and $25K+ deal values.
Strategic Communication: Strong customer-facing skills with proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel for business modeling.
Industry Knowledge: A background or deep interest in retail and real estate economics.
Business Acumen: Ability to analyze brand P&Ls and build business cases for expansion.
Travel: Ability to travel (intermittent, but may be as high as 30% at times) to meet with industry partners.
