About B2Spin
We are B2Spin, and we are dedicated to delivering the best Free-to-Play Social Casino and gaming experiences by creating captivating, engaging, and unique products that are accessible to everyone. We have built a team of talented professionals from all over the globe, who are working to continually improve the experiences of our players. We are not looking to just be part of the industry, but to revolutionize it.
The role
B2Spin is looking for a proactive, people-first part-time Office Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our Gibraltar offices. You'll own the day-to-day running of our workspaces — keeping them stocked, tidy, welcoming and humming along — so that every member of the team can focus on building world-class gaming experiences. If you take pride in the details, love being the person others rely on, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this one's for you.
What you'll do
Own the day-to-day experience across all B2Spin Gibraltar office sites, acting as the first point of contact for anything workspace-related and routing issues to the right people swiftly
Keep every office consistently well-stocked, organised and comfortable — from supplies and refreshments to equipment, common areas, meeting rooms and kitchens
Maintain clean, clear and orderly storage areas and archives, ensuring the physical environment always supports a productive team
Get things done on the ground across Gibraltar, running errands and moving between office sites as needed to keep operations flowing
Support the team with everyday admin — meeting room bookings, travel and lunch arrangements, filing and record-keeping — so nothing falls through the cracks
Track all requests, tasks and orders in Monday.com, keeping visibility high and follow-through consistent for everyone who depends on you
What we're looking for
Hands-on experience in an office coordination, facilities, or operations support role — ideally in a fast-paced or multi-site environment
A natural organiser who takes initiative and follows through without needing to be chased
Comfortable working independently, moving between locations, and handling a varied workload across any given day
Confident using workplace tools and platforms; experience with Monday.com or similar task-tracking software is a plus
Strong communication skills — friendly, clear, and reliable when liaising with colleagues at all levels
A practical, solutions-first mindset with a genuine care for the people around you and the spaces they work in
Our values
At B2Spin, passion drives everything we do — we love building cool stuff and we want people around us who feel the same way. We also live by performance: we hold ourselves accountable, stay transparent, and believe in making progress rather than waiting for perfect. As our Office Coordinator, you'll embody both every single day.
Equal opportunities
We hire based on skills, drive, and ideas — nothing else. Your background, gender, age, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, neurodiversity, or educational path will never be a barrier to joining us. We also welcome candidates from non-traditional career journeys and value diverse perspectives that challenge conventional thinking. Diversity fuels our innovation, collaboration, and growth, and we're committed to creating an environment where everyone can contribute their best work and thrive.
