Job Description

Strategy & Planning

• Align with HQ on international strategy and growth opportunities
• Identify key channels and customers, developing long-term visions for distribution and sales
• Collaborate with local Marketing to leverage industry and consumer insights
• Lead annual business planning, including budget and volume forecasts
• Drive On Premise distribution strategy with the Leadership Team

Managing Key Accounts

• Maximise performance of existing customers through joint business planning
• Acquire new customers and manage contract deliverables
• Negotiate win/win partnership agreements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for business success
• Ensure executional excellence and manage account budgets

Tracking, Analyzing & Reporting

• Track, analyse, and report on performance and growth opportunities
• Maintain and optimise Key Account Tracker and CPM planning
• Report reach and performance to local and global stakeholders

Business Intelligence

• Maintain strong knowledge of Red Bull systems and competitor intelligence
• Hold partners accountable for data submission and deliver insights

Leadership 

• Share best practices within national and international teams
• Build networks with agencies, key influencers, and decision makers
• Allocate marketing budgets and POS tools efficiently
• Foster a Bullish team culture and encourage collaboration

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience (within beverage industry is preferred)
• Experience in Key Account Management is preferred.
• Impactful track record in sales and trade marketing
• Can provide examples of working with a Field Sales Force to successfully execute in-field strategies.
• Highly effective sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial approach and mindset
• Commercially astute with highly developed analytical skills
• Ability to develop and implement successful sales- and trade-marketing strategies
• Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational ability
