Operations Officer

Summary: This role is critical to ensuring seamless operations within our agricultural support network. The position involves direct engagement with farmers to build strong relationships, conduct on-site farm inspections, and ensure accurate account reconciliation. The successful candidate will play a key part in distributing essential farming inputs, maintaining up-to-date farmer records, and delivering timely, data-driven reports. This position supports the overall efficiency and sustainability of our farming programs by bridging field operations with backend systems. Responsibilities: Proactively call and engage with farmers to provide support and gather feedback Conduct regular farm visits for inspection and verification of farming practices Perform accurate reconciliation of farmer accounts to ensure financial integrity Distribute agricultural inputs to farmers in a timely and organized manner Input and manage farmer data into the system, and generate comprehensive performance reports
