We provide an environment where ambition and performance lead to limitless opportunities for growth, and where anyone willing to take ownership of their journey will always find new doors to open.
We are looking for an ambitious, strategic, and high-impact Performance Marketing Manager specializing in E-Commerce to drive scalable GMV, market share, and revenue growth for top-tier global and regional brands across Southeast Asia. In this role, you will lead the strategic vision, execution, and continuous optimization of multi-channel performance media across major Marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada) and Social Commerce platforms (TikTok Shop). As a key leader within our commercial ecosystem, you will bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and operational excellence managing budgets, mentoring emerging talent, and collaborating closely with Commercial, Key Account Management, and Brand Operations teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment fueled by rapid experimentation, data integrity, and a relentless growth mindset, this is your opportunity to shape the future of commerce at AnyMind Group.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership & Campaign Ownership: Spearhead the end-to-end performance marketing roadmap across Marketplace Ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions) and Social Commerce ecosystems (TikTok Shop Ads, Meta CPAS), translating client business goals into actionable, high-ROI media strategies.
Performance Scaling & ROAS Optimization: Oversee full-funnel media budgets and enforce real-time performance optimization (GMV, ROAS, CIR, CPA, CAC) across standard periods and high-stakes mega campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, Payday events).
Team Mentorship & Capability Building: Coach, develop, and guide junior and senior executives within the performance marketing team; foster a culture of ownership, analytical rigor, and continuous learning.
Advanced Tracking & Attribution Frameworks: Oversee technical implementations, including deep linking, product catalog feeds (Google Merchant Center, TikTok Catalog), server-side tagging, and attribution models to maintain data integrity and accurate performance reporting.
Commercial & P&L Alignment: Partner proactively with Commercial, Brand Operations, and Sales leadership to optimize margin structures, manage client ad budgets dynamically, and maximize client profitability.
Executive Reporting & Strategic Insights: Synthesize complex data into high-level dashboards and executive-ready business reviews, delivering strategic insights that guide executive decisions and deepen brand client partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation: Champion continuous A/B testing and agile frameworks; align cross-functional teams to integrate performance marketing with influencer marketing, live commerce, and CRM initiatives.
