Plastic Surgeon Jobs in Santa Rosa, CA: Your Wound Expertise, a Better Way to Practice

No one understands wound healing and tissue management like a Plastic Surgeon. Yet many plastic surgeons spend their careers covering hand and facial trauma call, fighting insurers over reconstructive cases, or carrying the overhead, marketing costs and pressure of running a cosmetic practice. Across the country, plastic surgeons are dealing with falling reimbursements, growing competition from med spas and patients with ever-higher expectations. Skilled Wound Care, a premier national physician group, is hiring Plastic Surgeons in Santa Rosa, CA to work as wound care physicians and lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across the area.

Maybe you’re a reconstructive surgeon ready to step away from trauma call and insurance battles. Maybe you’re a cosmetic surgeon looking for steady, reliable income without the costs of running a practice. Or maybe you want a part-time role alongside your current practice. Either way, this no-call Plastic Surgeon job offers a high-impact career without the corporate red tape.

Why Plastic Surgeons in Santa Rosa, CA Choose Wound Care

In a specialty where being on call can mean late-night hand injuries and facial lacerations in the ER, we offer a refreshing alternative:

• The “No-Call” Lifestyle: No nights, no weekends and no pagers. No middle-of-the-night ER consults. This is a true Monday–Friday surgeon job, so your evenings and weekends belong to you and your family.
• Put Your Wound Expertise to Work: Your training in tissue handling and wound healing makes you a natural fit. Surgical debridement and bedside procedures are part of your daily practice.
• No Practice Overhead: No staff payroll, marketing budget, office lease or billing headaches. Just focus on patients.
• Steady, Reliable Income: Per-patient and per-procedure pay that doesn’t rise and fall with the cosmetic market.
• Clinical Autonomy: Direct patient outcomes based on your surgical expertise, not a hospital committee or department hierarchy.
• Smarter Documentation: Our custom software is designed to slash admin time, so you’re not stuck charting at midnight when you could be home at a reasonable hour.
