Customs Support Group (CSG) is Europe’s leading independent customs services provider. Founded in 1964, we operate in 14 European countries with 100+ offices and a team of 1,700+ customs professionals.
We help companies move goods across borders smoothly and compliantly, taking the pressure out of customs.
What we do: We support more than 60,000 clients and process over 20 million declaration lines each year.
From day‑to‑day customs declarations to compliance, duty optimization and trade advice, we make cross‑border trade easier and more predictable.
How we work: We combine local customs expertise with modern digital tools to handle large volumes accurately and at speed.
Our technology helps teams work smarter, reduces manual effort, and improves turnaround times. In markets like the UK, this already led to clear productivity gains.
Why it matter: Customs rules are becoming more complex and mistakes are costly. Delays, compliance risks and unclear regulations can slow businesses down.
CSG helps clients stay compliant, reduce risk and keep their supply chains moving.
At CSG, you will be part of a growing international organization that is improving how customs work gets done.
You will:
Work with experienced customs professionals and technology teams
Gain exposure to international trade and complex supply chains
Contribute to services that have a real impact on global commerce
This is a chance to build a career in a stable but evolving industry, where expertise and good judgement still matter.
Customs Support Group is expanding its presence in Spain, and this role exists to make that happen properly. As a PE-backed business that has completed over 20 acquisitions across Europe, we know that the quality of integration work in the first 12 months determines whether an acquisition delivers its value or creates years of operational drag.
This is a 1-year fixed-term contract, remote-based in Spain, with periodic travel to acquired sites across the country. You will own integration delivery for the Spanish market, working closely with local leadership, functional teams, and the Group Strategy and Integration Office to ensure newly acquired entities are brought into the CSG operating model effectively and on time.
It is a defined scope with a clear mandate. If you are someone who gets things done, works well without hand-holding, and knows how to navigate the complexity of post-acquisition environments, this role will suit you.

Act as the primary integration contact for Spain, reporting regularly to the Head of Strategy and Integration Office and relevant C-level stakeholders.
Drive alignment between acquired Spanish entities and CSG Group standards, processes, and systems -- balancing speed of integration with operational continuity.
Facilitate structured integration workshops, decision checkpoints, and lessons-learned reviews on-site and remotely.
Contribute to the development of integration methodology and playbooks that can be applied to future acquisitions within Spain and across the Group.
Support any M&A due diligence activities where on-the-ground Spanish market knowledge adds value.

Confident communicator at all levels, from site managers to executive sponsors. You can hold a room, give honest status updates, and push back when needed.
Based in Spain with the flexibility to travel to acquired locations across the country as integration activities require.
Spanish and English fluency -- both are essential for this role. You will be working with local teams in Spanish and reporting to Group leadership in English.
Proficiency with standard PM tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent) and MS Office.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus, not a requirement.
