We’re proud to have a diverse, global team where we value the individual and enrich our culture by considering varied perspectives because we believe people power progress. Join us as a Product Marketing Manager, and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward. Learn more about us.
As a member of our team, you will:
Be part of an innovative and strategic Product Marketing team that helps drive the business forward. We are not order takers. We bring strong points of view, work cross-functionally, and turn product capabilities into compelling market opportunities.
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can operate as a senior player on the team—someone who can lead strategic projects and high-visibility launches while also managing the day-to-day work required to bring product releases to market. You’ll understand the technical details of our products, what matters most to our buyers, and how to bring our strongest capabilities to market.
We are also an AI-forward team. We look for creative ways to solve problems, work smarter, and drive growth, and we’re not afraid to try new approaches.
In this role, you will:
- Own positioning and messaging for the products and solutions you support, translating technical capabilities into differentiated buyer value.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches and releases, aligning Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing around a shared plan.
- Become an expert on our buyers, customers, market, and competitors, using research, competitive intelligence, and win/loss insights to inform strategy.
- Build content and enablement that helps buyers understand our value and equips customer-facing teams to tell our story.
- Partner with Product to understand the roadmap, influence how capabilities are brought to market, and bring customer and market insight into key decisions.
- Use performance data to understand what is working, identify opportunities, and recommend where we should invest or adjust.
At a more granular level, these will include the following:
- Developing clear positioning, messaging, value propositions, personas, and competitive differentiation.
- Building and leading go-to-market plans for new products, major launches, and ongoing releases.
- Conducting customer, market, and competitive research to identify buyer needs, emerging trends, and growth opportunities.
- Understanding the customer journey and defining the content, messaging, and experiences needed at each stage.
- Translating complex technical capabilities into simple, credible stories for buyers, customers, and internal teams.
- Enabling Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success with the messaging, tools, and training they need to succeed.
- Partnering with Marketing on campaigns, events, sales plays, customer advocacy, and other programs that drive growth.
- Contributing to pricing and packaging strategy to strengthen our market position and reduce friction in the buying process.
- Using AI and emerging technologies to improve how we research, create, analyze, execute, and scale our work.
Your background:
- 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related B2B technology go-to-market role.
- A proven track record of leading strategic product launches and cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
- The ability to understand technical products and translate complex capabilities into compelling business value.
- Strong positioning, messaging, storytelling, and communication skills.
- A strategic, business-minded, and customer-centric approach, with the ability to turn research and data into action.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders.
- The ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and move comfortably between strategy and hands-on execution.
- A creative, resourceful, and action-oriented mindset with a high bar for quality.
- Confidence presenting to internal and external audiences.
- Comfort using AI as part of your day-to-day work and curiosity about new ways to improve speed, quality, and impact.
