Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

About the role
We're looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Product Marketer to own the go-to-market narrative for Rippling's platform and AI capabilities.
In this role, you will turn Rippling's platform and AI capabilities, including Data Cloud, BI and analytics, and AI features like plugins, skills, and automations, into stories that inspire customers to act. You will craft the positioning, build the go-to-market engine, enable our sales teams, and launch campaigns that connect deep technical innovation to everyday customer outcomes. You will own our AI story in the field, with sales, and continue to evolve it over time. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and a rigorous analytical thinker who can uncover customer insights, write persuasive copy spanning both technical and non-technical audiences, and drive measurable product adoption at scale.
What you will do
Launch products to market
- Partner deeply with Product to take new platform and AI capabilities to market, including Data Cloud, BI/analytics, and AI features like plugins, skills, and automations.
- Design and execute high-impact launch strategies in partnership with GTM, brand, and product leadership.
- Develop and refine the core messaging framework that positions Rippling as a unified platform connecting a company's data, its employee graph, and its governance model.
Own and evolve the narrative
- Be the internal expert on Rippling's platform and AI value propositions, and the person who keeps the story consistent across external and internal audiences.
- Partner closely with Sales and GTM leadership to find out whether our AI story is actually landing: is it resonating in deals, moving win rates, and increasing AI attach rates, without losing our core ICP story.
- Tailor the platform and AI narrative for diverse buyer personas, from technical data and IT teams evaluating infrastructure to HR and business leaders looking for workforce insights and business outcomes.
- Train the global sales organization on how to effectively pitch our platform and AI capabilities, handle objections, and navigate complex technical evaluations.
Create assets that bring the narrative to life
- Build high-impact sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, competitive intelligence, and one-pagers.
- Write and produce compelling product content, from landing pages and demo videos to technical blog posts and email campaigns, that brings Rippling's platform and AI story to life.
- Develop and maintain a library of real-world use cases that show how our platform and AI capabilities solve complex problems.
- Translate complex architectural features (data pipelines, transformations, zero-copy architecture, agent frameworks) into creative, benefit-driven content that converts.
- Support customer and field marketing with tailored assets for distinct audiences, industries, and company sizes.
What you will need
- 6–10+ years of experience working with technical products, as a Product Marketing Manager, PM, TPM, Sales Engineer, or in GTM strategy at a fast-paced B2B SaaS company.
- Platform or AI product marketing experience: you've owned positioning for a platform, data, or AI product and can speak to the scope you owned and how technical the buyer was.
- Technical depth: you're comfortable getting into the details of a product (APIs, data models, AI/ML capabilities).
- Distribution strategy: you know where content actually needs to show up for a platform or AI story to land with both technical and business buyers, and can point to a launch where you led with a distribution-first mindset.
- Measurement and business ownership: you're data-informed and experiment-driven, and can tie your work to outcomes like win rate, message resonance, or attach rate.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to translate complex, technical concepts into accessible, value-driven messaging.
- A growth mindset, high autonomy, and an eagerness to continuously test, learn, and iterate.
Bonus points
- Experience marketing platform, data, or AI products, including the "modern data stack" (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Fivetran, dbt, Looker, etc.).
- Familiarity with navigating dual-audience messaging (marketing to both technical data engineers/IT and non-technical HR/business leaders).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative execution across product launches, sales enablement, and compelling video/written content.
- Experience building or marketing libraries of customer use cases, custom dashboards, or automation ideas.
