Program Officer – Economic Inclusion

Job Summary: The Program Officer (Economic Inclusion) at Hacey supports initiatives that help young people, especially women—gain skills, access opportunities, and improve their livelihoods. This role focuses on empowering participants through training, mentorship, and access to resources that support financial independence. Key Responsibilities: • Support implementation of programmes focused on skills development and entrepreneurship • Assist in mobilizing and onboarding programme participants • Coordinate trainings, workshops, and mentorship sessions • Track participant progress and maintain accurate records • Provide support to participants throughout the programme lifecycle • Collect data on outcomes such as income growth, employment, or business progress • Engage with partners, facilitators, and community stakeholders • Identify challenges faced by participants and support solutions • Document success stories and lessons learned from programme activities
