Program & Research Associate

Summary: The role involves supporting the design, coordination, and documentation of programs focused on human rights, media freedom, and digital rights. The incumbent will conduct comprehensive desk and field research on civic space, freedom of expression, and accountability, contributing to evidence-based initiatives. Key responsibilities include drafting reports, concept notes, donor updates, and policy briefs, as well as supporting monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and learning (MERL) processes. The position also requires coordination of logistics for trainings, convenings, and advocacy activities, ensuring smooth implementation of programmatic efforts. This role is essential to advancing organizational goals in promoting open societies, digital freedoms, and human rights accountability.
