Lead Quality. Build Excellence. Develop Who's Next.
The best Quality Managers don't just enforce standards. They build high-performing teams, champion process excellence, and foster a culture that drives quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. At RK Industries, you will own our Quality Management System across our fabrication and manufacturing facilities, setting the gold standard for compliance, craftsmanship, precision, and operational execution.
You will lead the people, processes, and quality initiatives that ensure every fabricated product meets project-specific requirements, building codes, and industry accreditation standards. You’ll have the opportunity to influence corporate strategy, lean manufacturing practices, workforce development, and operational performance while mentoring quality personnel and operational leads across the business.
And you won't do it alone. RK’s integrated fabrication, manufacturing, construction, and building services capabilities provide resources, technology, and cross-functional support that many contractors simply can't match. This is an opportunity to leave a legacy, elevate corporate performance, and shape the future of quality excellence—not just manage another program.
