Receiving Lead
Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000
Location: Aurora, CO (this role is 100% onsite)
Great receiving teams do more than unload trucks. They keep projects moving.
As our Receiving Lead, you'll provide day-to-day direction to the receiving crew and make sure materials are received, inspected, documented, stored, staged, and moved safely and accurately. You'll coordinate daily priorities, assign work based on operational needs and employee qualifications, and keep materials moving where they need to go—on time and in the right condition.
You'll work closely with supervisors, craft personnel, and Quality Control, particularly when handling controlled materials. You'll also play a key role in training new employees, building a culture of accountability, and making sure every task is completed safely and to RK's standards.
At RK Industries, you're part of an integrated team that connects fabrication, manufacturing, construction, and field operations. What you do in receiving directly supports the people building some of the region's most important projects.
If you're an experienced warehouse or material-handling professional ready to step into a leadership role, this is an opportunity to make an impact every day.
