Position Overview

The role combines technical sales, estimating, and hands-on project management: evaluating customer needs, developing practical solutions, pricing and selling the work, purchasing equipment and materials, and coordinating installation and subcontractors so each project delivers on its commitments.
Projects include commercial HVAC replacements, installations, upgrades, and larger repairs, such as water-source heat pumps, rooftop units, split systems, small ductwork installations and modifications, medium-sized piping and controls projects, projects involving subcontracted trades, and larger repairs assigned for dedicated sales and project oversight.
