About the Role
Apollo is hiring a Sales Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across our GTM organization. This is a high-ownership role on a lean, high-performing team. You will manage a portfolio of mid and senior-level requisitions, build and execute sourcing strategies, and serve as a genuine business partner to your hiring managers. This role requires someone who operates with low oversight, self-diagnoses problems before they escalate, and brings a talent advisor posture to every stakeholder conversation. The best person for this role brings their own operating system and makes the team around them sharper.

This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Apollo and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
