About the roleAs a Mid-Market SDR at Doss you will be the tip of the spear in our GTM motion. You will be testing out new messaging, breaking into up-market accounts, and building the playbook as you go. You will have a real impact on our pipeline and revenue goals. This is a sales role.
Almost all of your time will be spent prospecting and selling.
We're a sales-led-growth business.
Our product is not pure PLG or PLS. The bottom line is that we won't make money unless you SELL our product.
You will be one of the first SDRs and people in our sales org. You will work directly with the founders and growth leaders. If you're looking for personal growth, this is it.
As the team grows, this role will change and you'll get to choose whether you want to gravitate more towards:
An AE role which will be focused on expanding our ICP up-market (increasing ACVs).
A SDR Manager role that will be focused on scaling the org, team building, hiring, sales ops.

High intensity: did we already mention that you should like working really hard?
Team player: we win and lose as a team, you know how to buy-into a system and play your role.
Curious: you will have to talk to our customers and deeply understand them and their business. You need to find this fascinating if you want to succeed.
