Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated policies to manage user access to sandbox environments (including timed evictions and automatic sandbox teardown) to optimize resource usage and ensure security/compliance.
- Architect and automate the creation, assignment, and destruction of sandbox environments, ensuring that customer usage aligns with organizational policies and licensing agreements.
- Develop a robust tagging strategy for sandboxes and related resources to facilitate tracking, billing, and auditing.

- Develop dashboards and alerts to monitor sandbox usage, automate notifications for resource quota breaches, and provide customers/admins with usage insights.
- Work cross-functionally with product, support, and engineering teams to resolve issues, improve existing processes, and integrate new product features into the DevOps workflow.

- Experience with automation/orchestration (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible)
- Experience with resource tagging, IAM policy design, and user access automation
- Strong understanding of subscription/billing/tiering concepts in SaaS
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
