Position Type: Full-time
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Schedule: US Pacific Standard Time (PST) overlap (minimum 3–4 hours daily overlap required)
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior E-commerce Content Designer & AI Visual Content Specialist who can independently research products and customers, develop content strategies, and execute those strategies through marketplace publication.
The ideal candidate can translate authentic product photos, videos, catalogs, and approved specifications into persuasive listing images, Amazon A+ Content, product videos, and interactive 3D models. Beyond visual production, you should understand why each content element matters, what customer concerns it addresses, and how the overall presentation supports a purchase decision.
Planning comes before production. You will begin by researching the target buyer, customer needs, and competitor content, then develop a storyboard outlining the selling points, content sequence, English marketing copy, rough layouts, and supporting evidence. The team will review and approve the creative direction before you proceed with finished production.
Product accuracy is equally important. You must be able to identify and correct AI-generated errors independently, ensuring that the furniture's actual shape, proportions, upholstery, finish, components, and configuration remain faithful to the approved product references.
This role requires direct, hands-on experience publishing content through Amazon Seller Central/A+ Content Manager and Walmart Seller Center, alongside practical knowledge of Wayfair content requirements. You will also process 3D product models and prepare and publish them through Amazon's supported 3D workflow.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate personal ownership of the complete process, from research and storyboarding to creative execution, quality assurance, and live marketplace verification.
Create compelling e-commerce product content for Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and other relevant marketplaces.
Develop storyboards and creative concepts for product images, infographics, lifestyle visuals, and videos.
Research products, features, benefits, target customers, and competitor listings to inform creative direction.
Design Amazon A+ Content, Brand Story modules, and other marketplace-specific creative assets.
Adapt and optimize visual content for different marketplace requirements and customer audiences.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, product specifications, and visual standards.
Use AI-powered tools to generate, enhance, and refine product images, lifestyle scenes, and marketing visuals.
Create product videos and other visual assets using appropriate AI-assisted and traditional production tools.
Develop efficient workflows for turning product photography, references, and creative concepts into polished final assets.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for visual quality, realism, consistency, and product accuracy.
Refine generated content to ensure that product details, colors, proportions, materials, and features remain accurate.
Use tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Nano Banana, Claude, and relevant image or video generation platforms where appropriate.
Review all creative assets for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with product specifications.
Ensure product images and videos accurately represent the actual furniture or home product.
Check for visual inconsistencies, distorted product features, incorrect materials, misleading details, and other AI-generation issues.
Ensure creative assets meet each marketplace's technical specifications and content guidelines.
Organize and maintain reusable creative assets, templates, and product content.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions to improve the quality and effectiveness of published content.
Prepare, upload, and publish product images, A+ Content, videos, and other creative assets across Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and other supported platforms.
Work with marketplace content management systems and seller platforms to ensure assets are correctly uploaded and displayed.
Review live listings after publication to verify that content appears correctly.
Troubleshoot basic content and publishing issues and coordinate with the appropriate team when additional support is required.
Follow marketplace-specific content requirements, asset specifications, and publishing workflows.
Maintain organized records of creative assets, revisions, and publishing status.
Work with existing 3D product models and understand the workflows involved in preparing and using 3D product content.
Use the Cohom platform to support product visualization and modifications. The platform allows users to make modifications easily without requiring a technician.
Understand the basic workflows for 3D product visualization, model adjustments, and preparing content for supported marketplace applications.
Understand Amazon's 3D and augmented reality (AR) publishing workflow, including submission requirements, review feedback, and verification of the interactive result.
Understand other platforms' supported 3D and 360-degree content workflows where applicable.
Coordinate with technical specialists when advanced 3D modeling or technical support is required.
Note: Advanced technical 3D modeling skills are not mandatory. The key requirement is an understanding of the relevant workflows and the ability to work with existing models and visualization tools.
Use Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Planner, to coordinate content production and publishing activities.
Maintain organized files, project documentation, content trackers, and asset libraries.
Coordinate tasks, deadlines, revisions, and approvals with relevant team members.
Communicate progress, identify bottlenecks, and help improve creative production and publishing workflows.
Work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team during agreed working hours.
Accurate products, clear selling points, consistent branding, platform-ready outputs and fewer avoidable revision rounds.
Track on-time delivery, first-review acceptance, and recurring errors; assess engagement/conversion results with the marketplace team without assuming content alone caused a sales change.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce content design, creative production, product imagery, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated experience creating and publishing e-commerce content for Amazon and Walmart.
A strong portfolio showcasing Amazon A+ Content, product imagery, infographics, and other marketplace-specific creative assets.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Based in the Philippines and able to work full-time with at least 3–4 hours of daily overlap with California working hours.
Reliable internet connection, appropriate work equipment, and a suitable remote working environment.
Willingness to commit to a dedicated, long-term role.

Experience working with furniture, home goods, or other products requiring accurate visual representation.
Advanced technical 3D modeling skills are not mandatory. Candidates may work with existing models and visualization platforms such as Cohom.
Experience using Cohom or similar platforms for product visualization and modifications.
Familiarity with 3D product models, Amazon 3D/AR publishing, and 360-degree content workflows.
Advanced 3D modeling skills, experience creating models from scratch, or CAD-to-3D conversion experience.
